Wild Mountain Winery 2016 Frontenac Blanc

87 points

Intense nose of tropical fruits drizzled with wildflower honey and sprinkled with black tea and just a pinch of white pepper. Medium-body and shows some if the residual sugar with concentrated, almost caramelized pineapple and mango flavors, but juicy acidity provides great cutting freshness. As the wine warms just a bit, the white pepper from the nose peeks out on the palate as well.
