Stinson Vineyards 2018 Rose of Tannat

Stinson Vineyards 2018 Rose of Tannat

90 points

A pretty pale salmon-pink, this tannat rose features fresh aromas of raspberries, orange peel and intriguing note of brown sugar.

Medium bodied and a bit silky on the mid-palate, the palate shows more brambly fruits with blood orange and a meaty/minerally note. There is good acidity here that deftly balances a subtle bit of weight and roundness. Pink grapefruit zest peeks through just a bit on the end of the medium-length finish.
