It’s nice to see a pet-nat that still sells for less than $20 – and it’s even nicer when it’s as delicious as this one.
Lemon-lime aromas are made just a bit more interesting by some citrus blossom floral notes and the faintest hints of yeasty fermentation.
Fruity and brisk, the palate is again dominated by bright citrus qualities with some green apple joining the party. The combination of lively carbonation and lively acidity makes it incredibly fresh and refreshing. The finish shows nice length as well with flowers and some slate-y minerality.
