A melange of lemon-forward aromas greet the nose here – lemon peel, lemongrass and lemon oil – along with a distinct and unmistakable saline edge.
That balance between citrus and salinity leans a bit more saline on a dry, nicely textured palate. It’s not as concentrated as previous vintages, but still shows nice lemon and tangerine fruit along with lemony herbs. The time on the lees brings a whisper of nuttiness too.
