Chateau Chantal NV “Tonight” Sparkling Wine Brut

Chateau Chantal NV "Tonight" Sparkling Wine Brut

85 points

This easy-drinking Prosecco stand-in shows aromas of yellow apples and peaches with a subtle white flower note.

Fruity, with moderate-light carbonation (this was made via the Charmat method) the palate shows more of that apple and peach character but not much complexity. It's labeled dry, but it's definitely not overly dry, showing a little sweetness to go with moderately fresh acidity.
