King Family Vineyards 2017 "Roseland" White Blend
This is a well-priced white that shows the potential of these types of blends.
Yellow apples, honeysuckle, candied ginger and bee pollen combine to create a pretty, subtlely complex nose.
Medium weight, the palate is nicely concentrated and more fruit-forward with apples, peaches and a bit of guava. As it warms, some subtle herbal character emerges. The acidity is fresh, bringing cut and structure. The finish is long and features a honey note without the sweetness.
