Beautifully yeasty and nutty on the nose, there are also aromas of pears and yellow apples here and just a little white cherry skin.

Medium-bodied and full-flavored, this sparkling wine in the richer, nutty style that still nicely balances fruit flavors with the yeast, nutty autolytic notes. The finish is long, nutty and focused by a nice bit of acidity.
