Quite floral, this skin-fermented pinot grigio shows layers of dried rose petals, floral honey, generic potpurri, spice and dried orange peel.

Lighter bodied than many orange wines, the flavors range from Earl Grey tea to baking spice to dried apricots and dry autumn leaves. Not as tannic as many of this style, this is a nice introduction to the style. The finish is long, earthy and savory.
